The Prisma spiral pizza dough mixer IBM (40 – 41 litre) is an Italian manufactured spiral mixer. This dough mixer is the ideal machine for pizzerias, bakeries and pastry shops. An amazing feature of this pizza dough machine is the addition of the gear drive the in oil bath, meaning that it is silent in operation as well as being robust, reliable and made to an outstanding quality. The particular shape of the spiral allows obtaining a perfectly mixed dough in few minutes. The bowl, the spiral, the central column and the protection grid are made of stainless steel. All the equipment are equipped with dough-breaker. The mixers can be equipped with a single phase motor or a three phases one. On request, two speeds are available on three-phases motors. Special Voltages are available on request as wheel. The warranty period is 1 year against the mechanical-manufacture faults.
