General Information:
The Edge Commercial Pizza Oven EDGE1830-1 18″ wide belt is designed to be stacked up to three high. Each oven has a 18” wide conveyor belt and a 30” long baking chamber. These ovens can usually be installed under a standard 48” make line hood.
Portable & Scalable:
With support for natural gas or propane configurations, the EDGE 1830 is the perfect solution for mobile pizza trucks and lower volume pizza shops. With future ability to expand to two or three stack configurations, the EDGE 1830 can grow with your business needs.
