The compact Genfrost GPZ300 3 Door Prep Counter comes with a raised refrigerated collar, designed to take 7 x 1/3 gastronorm pans and make the preparation of food easy. The prep pan area has a hinged cover for overnight storage. The GPZ300 is ideal for storage at the point of preparation as underneath the prep top and counter there is a triple-door storage fridge. The cabinet also has a small footprint ideal for kitchens where space is limited.
