Featuring a firebrick base for crisp even cooking, the EURO EN48 BASIC 44 Double Deck Commercial Pizza Oven is perfect for deep pan, thin crust, fresh dough, part baked or frozen pizzas. This oven allows control through the use of independent mechanical thermostats for both oven top and bedplate. It also features high-density evaporated dried mineral wool insulation, cooking surface in refractory stone, pyrometer and internal halogen illumination. The ease of use and the toughness of the product are the principal characteristics of this ovens series.
