This GIORIK KORE – KIG061W 6 X 1/1GN Slimline Gas COMBI Oven (with wash system) is fitted as standard with; easy to use programmable 7″ Touchscreen controls, an inbuilt wash system, automatic reversing fan with 6 speeds, a multi-level cooking program, and Delta T cooking.
Key features include;
- Recipe book – 120 Pre-set and customizable menus are already loaded in the software. With up to 9 phases of cooking (plus pre-heat in each recipe)
- Automatic Inbuilt wash system with detergent and rinse aid (liquid or tablet washing system). With a choice of 4 timed cycles; Soft (55mins), Normal (70mins), Hard (105mins), Rinse (5.30mins)
- Premix burner – the forced air burner saves on gas consumption and has fast heat recovery
