The TurboChef HHC2020 Electric 20”Conveyor commercial pizza oven is a compact 18“ oven. With a sleek look this oven wont only help create the perfect products, it will also look good in your kitchen with it’s stainless steel front, top, bottom and sides, along with the aluminized steel back and full drop down front window. Inside the oven is stainless steel outer plates, stainless steel wire mesh conveyor belt assembly, two blower inlets in the plenum for air circulation, and upper and lower air fingers.
TurboChef HHC2020 Series conveyor ovens bake both faster and at a lower temperature than other ovens the vertical columns of hot air move heat aerodynamically instead of using high temperatures. The streams of hot air remove the boundary layers of cool heavy air which tend to insulate the product. All TurboChef ovens are designed to cook a multitude of products including pizza, seafood, sandwiches, bagels, ethnic foods and more.
