The new Zanolli Citizen EP70/1 Single deck electric commercial pizza oven delivers Zanolli’s quality manufacturing in a new and compact design.
Single deck pizza oven Zanolli Citizen EP70/1 range is:
- made completely out of stainless steel.
- a versatile oven with the ability to stack multiple units for extra capacity
- the baking surface is the traditional refractory stone which means it is suitable for baking in pans or directly on the oven floor.
The doors are equipped with:
- athermic handles – do not increase in heat
- tempered glass
- an internal light means the baking can be continuously monitored
- independent decks, equipped with steel armored elements, have variable top & bottom heat control
- three or four deck ovens can be assembled using multiple oven units
- available in single or three phase.
