Catering equipment importer Linda Lewis Kitchens joined forces with Durham-based dealer Euro Pizza Ovens to bring a kitchen back to life with one of the pizza equipment specialist’s bestselling ovens – the Cuppone Tiziano.  Don Giovanni’s in Bristol was first established in 1982 and was once described as ‘one of Bristol’s best-kept secrets’ by Food and Drink Magazine. Unfortunately, the site’s 50-year-old oven recently broke down. It selected Peter Simpson from Euro Pizza Ovens as its dealer of choice to help the restaurant. Armed with the knowledge he gained from attending one of LLK’s demonstration days, Simpson advised his customer to opt for the Cuppone Tiziano TZ6202 model. The Cuppone Tiziano is said to be versatile and suitable for small restaurants due to its footprint. The 6202 oven is capable of cooking pizzas in just 3-6 minutes depending on toppings. The model was built with a control system consisting of two mechanical thermostats on each deck. This feature can independently control the temperature above and below the stones. This should ensure uniform cooking of the pizza both on the top and bottom. LLK sales co-ordinator Chloe Lewis commented: “The Cuppone Tiziano Ovens are LLK’s bestselling ovens, and we always try to maintain a stock of them, allowing us to offer a next day delivery service. This service is very important in these situations, so to ensure that the customer can get back up and running as soon as possible.” Don Giovanni’s head chef and owner Andrew Firetto said: “After 50 years of service, I’m sorry to see this baby go – RIP to my old Zoppas Pizza Oven. “However, the Cuppone Tiziano is an incredible replacement, and I’ve had an amazing experience throughout. Both Peter from Euro Catering and LLK have provided professional and knowledgeable support from beginning to end, and I highly recommend them equally.” See the original article: http://www.cateringinsight.com/llk-teams-euro-pizza-ovens-revitalise-kitchen/
