Within the “immersive experimental centre” you will find a beautiful space to test your recipes. Even the stools are cool! In this amazing space, you will be able to test Atosa’s Combi oven – you can see them at the back of the kitchen in the image above! Within the space, Atosa has experimented with chefs to see what works well, and what doesn’t work well… Atosa has taken the creative process to the highest degree by considering how their equipment works from a chef’s perspective – and not just a manufacturer’s mindset
