Zanolli economy mode

Zanolli have introduced the ECONOMY mode is the best solution to keep the oven hot between different baking sessions.
For example, during a normal workday that entails more than one baking sessions, activating the Economy mode between the different sessions, provided that they are properly spaced in time, will prevent that waste of energy and time that otherwise would occur due to the normal decrease in temperature when the oven cools down.
It should be noted that the Economy mode is not suitable for cooking. Resuming work requires setting the normal cooking programmes!
