The Italforni TKC 1 Single Deck Electric Commercial Pizza Oven is manufactured in Pesaro, Italy, and are finished to the highest quality. With a stainless steel front, this oven is ideal for front of house cooking. The pizza oven features a large aluminium coated steel cooking chamber with refractory baking floor. This oven is a versatile addition to busy commercial or professional kitchens, restaurants and takeaways. Heat is generated by upper and lower armoured stainless steel heating elements delivering a maximum cooking temperature of 450°C. The oven is lit internally by high resistance halogen lamps and features a large counter balanced door with tempered glazed viewing window. The pizza oven is available in a stainless steel or rustic style finish, and can be supplied with an optional stand or hermetic dough prover compartment.
