It also includes 2 speed motor, speed regulator, 4 stored programs, a slow and fast pulse button, an ice crusher button, a safety microswitch on the glass, a 4-blade knife in stainless steel, and a cap on the lid so that ingredients can be added during working, without having to totally remove the lid! All these features allow for quick, safe, and efficient use in any environment from a busy bar to a kitchen.
