Giorik EME102 Convection Electric Oven – 10 (GN 1/1 or 60×40) . Giorik EME102, 10 rack electric convection oven is ideal for smaller operators who want a compact size oven fitted with humidity control and a 2 speed fan, it will take 1/1gn and 600 x 400mm trays making it ideal for “Bake off” use.
