This Giorik Movair MTE523 Medium use, 5 x 2/3gn electric combination oven is ideal for smaller operators who want a compact sized combination oven but with all the attributes of larger heavy duty ovens. It is designed for ease of use with it’s ergonomic programmable 7″ touchscreen control and is a breeze to clean with the integrated automatic washing system . It will run off a 13 amp 230v electrical supply, allowing it to be installed in most kitchens. The Rack Control enables different dishes to be cooked at the same time at various levels. What’s more, with EasyService, a new Rack Control function, all the dishes can be served at the same time.
