Lincoln Impinger 1154-000-E 18” Gas Conveyor Pizza Oven. The 4.3” full color screen, displays up to 8 pre-set recipes on the screen making it easy to program your oven for the food you want to cook. The Impinger II or 1100 model is the only mid-size oven to have the controls located at the front of the oven, just below the conveyor. This eliminates the need to reach across the hot conveyor belt to change recipes.
