An important piece of advice so as not to damage your Zanolli static oven the first time you start it up.
The components of your new Zanolli oven (dimpled or refractory cooking surface) should always be preheated. Even when installing spare parts such as when you are about to replace a refractory surface you have to gradually bring the oven up to temperature over 5-6 hours.
Follow this procedure: the first hour bring the temperature up to 100°C, the second and third hour up to 150°C, the fourth to 200°C the fifth to 250°C and finally the sixth up to 300°C;
Zanolli recommends this ESSENTIAL pre-heating procedure in order to avoid damaging the parts of the oven which, after the pre-heating, will reach the maximum temperatures during normal use.
